Meagan and Matt Miller
Matt and Meagan Miller are part owners of the Mirage Flight Services team, combining technical expertise with a strong focus on customer care. Matt brings hands-on experience in drone operations and customer support. As one of our pilots and salesmen, he ensures every job is flown with precision while helping farmers find the right solutions for their fields.
Meagan brings a unique and valuable perspective with her PsyD in psychology, serving as the head of HR and customer relations. She is dedicated to building strong relationships, supporting both our team and clients, and ensuring every interaction reflects the values Mirage Flight Services is built on.
Hailey and Alex Lankford
Alex and Hailey are proud partners of the Mirage Flight Services team, bringing leadership, innovation, and hands-on experience to the business. Alex holds degrees in business and agriculture from Montana State University Northern, giving him a strong foundation in both operations and ag systems. As a key part of field execution, he ensures every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Hailey focuses on business development, marketing, and client relations, helping grow the company while building strong connections with customers and the community.
Ally and Kyle Schueler
Ally and Kyle are part owners of Mirage Flight Services, playing a vital role in both operations and business management. Kyle is one of our pilots and provides essential tech support, helping ensure our equipment and systems run smoothly while every job is executed with precision.
Ally oversees accounting and manages all licensing requirements, keeping the business organized, compliant, and running efficiently behind the scenes.
